Sometimes, the body and mind need quiet, gentle support to feel calm, strong, and centered. Reiki balances your energy, clears emotional blocks, and prepares you for the moments that matter most.

 

I've sent Reiki energy to clients before important job interviews, surgeries, public speaking, and other moments of fear or stress. For deeper support, I also offer a 21-day Reiki healing Mandala to support your life's bigger transitions—a new job, a fresh start, health concerns or even childbirth.

Hi, I'm Ankita!

 

For the past eight years, I have been helping people heal—guiding them through anxiety, overthinking, self-sabotage, fear, and the endless search for clarity and peace.

 

My own journey into the world of therapy began in 2016, almost by accident. I found myself in a Reiki class at a time when I felt completely stuck and unsure of my path. Those two days were life-changing. Everything I learned felt magical—like I had stepped into a world of Star Wars.

 

Since then, I’ve devoted myself to understanding many different healing practices—therapy counselling, hypnotherapy, tarot, reiki, and other beautiful methods. These tools have not only transformed my own life but the lives of so many others.

 

I help you:

  • How long does a session take?
    Every session is personal and unfolds at its own pace. Most last 60 to 90 minutes, with some lasting up to 2 hours, depending on how the session unfolds. There’s no rush—we go only as deep as you’re ready for.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    It depends on you and the healing you’re seeking: - Therapy counselling + hypnotherapy are regular sessions that can range from 6 sessions to a few months, depending on the depth of the issue. - Tarot and Crystal Healing are usually one-time sessions that offer clarity and guidance. - Reiki is usually a one-time healing done remotely by me—you don’t need to attend physically. For deeper healing, I offer a 21-day Reiki healing.
  • I’m not sure which therapy I need. Where do I start?
    We begin with a short, thoughtful first session. You share what’s on your mind, and I’ll guide you to the approach that can support you best.
  • How does therapy counselling work?
    We take time to create a safe space where your issue can be understood by asking thoughtful questions, and giving you an opportunity to express and explore your thoughts and feelings.
  • What happens in a hypnotherapy session?
    Hypnotherapy is similar to guided meditation. We gently tap into your subconscious to uncover and release the root cause of the issue. Throughout the session, you remain fully aware, relaxed, and in control.
  • Can Tarot predict the future?
    No. Tarot can show a possibility of what could happen.Tarot offers you insight into what you can expect in the future, based on the decisions you make. I believe the future isn’t fixed—our choices shape what’s to come. Tarot helps you make decisions that align with your true path, so you can create a future that feels fulfilling and meaningful.
  • What’s the cost of therapy?
    Therapy counselling: ₹3000 per session Tarot counselling: ₹2499 for a holistic reading Reiki: ₹1111 for a single session and ₹11,111 for a 21-day healing journey
