Refund Policy

At Heal With Ankita, we value your time and commitment to your healing journey. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made within less than 2 hours will be considered a late cancellation, and refund will not be applicable. In urgent scenarios, we can consider for rescheduling.

2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 2 hours before the session.

3. Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before the session).
If the session is canceled by Heal With Ankita, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not cancel in advance, the session fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
